JOB SUMMARY: Looking for a videographer and editor who has a passion for covering news. If you love local news and want to serve the community this is the job for you.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Videographer/Editor shoots and edits video of news events and is responsible for capturing the visuals of news stories and editing all forms of media for daily news broadcasts, continuous news platforms and special reports.
• The job may require working alone, asking questions and gathering information.
• Videographer/Editor must be available for overnight and early morning shifts and sometimes out-of-town assignments.
• Willing to learn to fly a drone and receive FAA certification.

Requirments:
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and a good driving record.
• Ability to work well under pressure and well with a diverse group of people.
• Must be able to handle a wide variety of variables, including short deadlines, shifting schedules and shifting from one platform to another.
• Other duties as assigned by news management.
