Studio and tower site are leased. The total rent for both is $650 per month.

Currently, the studio occupies a small room at an office a mile or so away from tower site. We send the signal via microwave and have been cable casting to the local system from the same office. It’s possible that you could move the studio nearer to the tower site for less rent and save $450 per month.

The station is now breaking even. The owner, an area native, is 75 years old and motivated. He has been ill.

The current payroll consists of one manager, a part time clerk and a part time producer.

The current format is local interest shows and some national shows, including Clark Howard, Kim Komando and Dr Laura.

He is asking $150,000 but open for reasonable offers. The transmitter is an Omnitronics.
