JOB SUMMARY: WAFF is looking for an Overnight/Morning Shift TMP. General responsibilities include directing live or pre-recorded productions as assigned, monitoring WAFF’s on-air signals, transmitter, and FCC logs, and ingesting daily programming and commercials.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prefer skill with Ross Overdrive automation, production video switchers, EMC’s, VizRT graphics system, and all supporting equipment in Production/Master Control; including the ability to effectively perform at the following: robotic camera operation, audio operation, commercial/promo ingesting, program ingesting/segmenting, and desktop editing.

Requirments:
• Must be proficient in the performance of all live control room operations and meet all requirements for fast paced newscast production techniques.
• Successful candidate should be dependable, organized, be able to multi-task, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work calmly under pressure.
• Flexibility with respect to scheduling and/or assigned work shifts.
• Minimum 1 year of television production experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience preferred.
